The newest addition to the local music scene…
…is also the most comprehensive Entertainment Calendar in the area. Launched at the end of 2016, it is already becoming quite popular, with several talented local musicians sending us their schedules. This is the newest feature that started with the popular Ocean City area website, OCtheBeach.com, which has been online since June, 1999 (currently being redesigned).
It’s no wonder why, either. The calendar has many advantages for local entertainers:
- OCtheBeach receives thousand of visits each week (even off-season).
- The related Facebook Page has20,000+ “Likes.”
- The related Twitter Page has over 8,000 “Followers.”
- We are developing “Feature Pages” for each local performer with info and links to their own Websites and Facebook Pages.
- Upcoming gigs are automatically displayed on the home page.
- Share your next gig to your Facebook Page with One Click.
- FREE!* There is no charge for local musicians.
Musicians & venues: for more info contact Music @ OCtheBeach.com.
Please note, that we cannot accept just anyone or any venue and the calendar will soon be at capacity. We do not want to overwhelm our thousands of weekly readers, many of whom have been visiting OCtheBeach.com for nearly two decades.
*How can we do this at no charge? OCtheBeach.com has been “earning its keep” for 18 years via commissions from hotel reservations, ad-share revenue from a national advertising source and from product sales.
Here’s How to Get Tickets to Sold Out Events in OC.
To keep the Entertainment Calendar within our theme of promoting live “local” entertainers we do not include ticketed events or mega band or mega-venues in within the calendar grid framework. However, we have an affiliate agreement with the Tickets.Expert, which is a resale marketplace – not a box office or venue. Read their FAQ Page to see exactly what that means. In addition, per FTC regulations, we are required to state that should you purchase tickets from the company, Tickets Expert, we may earn a commission on that sale.

Vincent Paez is a new musician on the scene.
While Vincent may be new to the beach music scene, he is an experienced performer. As a young man, he played in bars and restaurants on Long Island and in Los Angeles. After building a career as a chemist and international businessman, he has returned to the entertainment world, playing gigs throughout Ocean City.
Vincent mixes rock songs with German, French and Spanish songs, while sharing interesting stories of living abroad in Europe, China and South America. He plays the latest country music by Blake Shelton, Darius Rucker, Maren Morris, and others, as well as contemporary rock songs by Train, Katy Perry, and American Authors. You can typically find Vincent inviting his musicians friends up to the stage to play along, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere.
